HP Stream 8 Tablet
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

My HP Stream 8 Tablet with Windows 8.1 which comes with 1GB RAM, which is the minimum requirement for Windows 10 on 32-bit systems can to add the RAM above 1GB so that safe to upgrade Windows 10.

If I can replace the existing 1GB of RAM with a 2GB or 3GB of RAM stick, Where can I buy 2GB or 3GB of RAM and how to install it?

If I upgrade my HP Stream 8 Tablet to Windows 10 with RAM only 1GB, having problem with slower performance on Win10-upgraded systems that have the minimum amount of RAM.

Appreciate if anyone can help me. Thanks.

Hi, the memory on the Stream 8 tablet is soldered to the mainboard and is not upgradeable.  Windows 10 requires 1 GB for 32-bit so it is the same as Windows 8.1 in that regard.
