HP Recommended

I live in Thailand have recently send in my HP Elite X3 Phone to i belive a Hp service office in Thailand after i accidentaly cracked my screen. They have told me they cannot repair my phone saying they do not have parts and have not offered me any alternative this coming from a Hp authorized service center please provide me with how i can fix my Hp Elite X3 cracked screen.
