Product: Hp all in one
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My computer turns on, I can enter my PIN at the windows prompt but my background screen displays but no windows, no programs load up.  Can't click on anything.   Tried system restore, but it requires a PW that I can't get beyond.  Tried PW reset with Microsoft.   Turned computer off and on, still can't get beyond Restore Password prompt.  Can't access the DOS prompt thru the F11 system restore menus.
