Hi:
The HP specs indicate that model came with W8.1 64 bit.
https://support.hp.com/za-en/document/c04227593
I suggest you install W8.1 64 bit so that everything works.
HP does not support that model with 32 bit drivers.
W8.1 and W10 x64 only.
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-elitepad-1000-g2-tablet/6629138
I have zipped up and attached a free utility below, that will show you what version of W8.1 the product key in the BIOS is good for.
Then download the version of the W8.1 ISO file the product key is good for from the link below.
If you downloaded the right version of W8.1, it will not ask for a product key to be entered during the installation process.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows8ISO
Use the Microsoft tool that I zipped up and attached below to transfer the ISO file to a USB flash drive so that it is bootable.
Then you can install the drivers from the above support page after W8.1 has completed installing.

Thanks for your kind Response but my tab Hp Elitepad 1000 G2 does not support 64bit OS.
When I downloaded your provided iso link and make my USB bootable that does not boot...
I have tried some other OS 64bit and it says your processor is x86 and does not support x64 OS.
Anyone can help me.

You're very welcome.
That is very strange.
Why does HP state the 64 bit specs, and only has 64 bit drivers on the support page?
Since no 32 bit drivers exist for that model, and the PC only has a 32 bit processor, I don't know what to tell you.
Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to help you with the problem you are having.
