My hp pavilion tx2000 ......the Blue lights around the power jack  keeps on glowing even after proper shut down...

I reviewed your post and I understand that the led for the power adapter glows even after shutting down the computer.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

Do you keep the adapter connected after shutting down the computer?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS from the below link and check if it helps.
