Product: Pavilion x360

Hp pavillion x360 is asking for admin password. Tried a few times but was given this code (I    70412809)

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

You would have to Contact HP for a hardware service as the motherboard may require a Bios Flash. Any other way of unlocking the BIOS is not authorized by HP.  
 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
