I've conducted HP. They said that if out of warranty, better to buy a new one. As repaire cost is higher than a new one.

OK, I own more than one of these and ran into this issue! Hold the power and volume buttons until the first short buzz.  Then wait ages (5 plus minutes) this is when it doing a recovery, a verify and other stuff.. I did it with the power plugged in and waited ages. on a working machine you can see what it's doing. I did create a recovery media but F10 creates empty folders and if you extract the files nothing is extracted.  The F9 works fine, I havent yet figured out how to use the recovery media. I've tried short and long buzz presses...
