My tablet gets stuck at charging symbol everytime I start it and after a while at hp logo . I tried doing volume and power button key thing but even that doesn't work so please kindly help I have all my data in it.

I understand that your Slate 7 tablet is no longer starting properly.  I am happy to help with this.

 

Please see: HP 7, HP Slate 7 Tablets - Tablet does not start (Android 4.1/Jelly Bean). Some of the things you have tried, but try doing them in sequence from the start, and read the document carefully as you go.
