I cannot login to my support assistant profile passport: incorrect un or pw or service unavailable

HP Recommended
computer I built
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've tried reinstalling the support assistant and even signed out on another computer and verified the un and pw that I was using, but every time I try to sign in to the profile passport I get the same error message on just this one computer and I used my credentials to login and create this thread.
