Product: Hp stream windows 10
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After it does this for a while it flickers to a loading screen of sorts and then turns off then turns back on and repeats the process over again

Welcome to HP Community

 

To assist you better please provide me with the complete notebook model or the product number

 

You can refer to this Link: hp.care/2bygf7l for help in locating the Product Number.

 

Meantime please get to the BIOS and let me know if the screen flickers or turns off

 

Shut down the Notebook and upon restarting keep tapping on the F10 key till you see System Configuration Screen ( BIOS )
