Have you checked the product specifications as well as the Maintenance and Service guide of your laptop?

As I understand you need information for Memory upgrade for your HP Pavilion x2 notebook. Let me go ahead and assist you with this.

 

After reading your post, I did go through the Product specification and found that you have 2 GB DDR3L SDRAM (onboard).

 

Now, after accessing the Maintenance and Service guide, I see that Memory is on-board and non-accessible, hence you will not be able to upgrade the Memory on this PC.
