Hello:

I need to print a range of pages from a 75 page manual. I only need to print pages 12 to 18, but no matter if I print straight from the document itself or from Smart Print app, it simply starts on page 11 downward.

Thanks for any and all help.

In that case, Uninstall the HP Smart app on the phone.

Check for any updates on the Android device.

Install the Hp Smart app from the Google Play Store and try printing.

Hi @Persy61

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

1.) Launch the HP Smart app.

2.) Touch the "Print Documents" tile and open your  PDF document.

3.) Touch "Print".

4.) Touch on the grey line above the printer's name.

Change the 'Page range' and type '12-18'. Now print.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Thanks ever so much, Kumar and I have to say, the pages DID indeed print out before, alas, my bf and I were ONLY concentrating on the page numbers and NOT what was actually on the pages themselves....
