I was deleting the old version of my operating system. I restarted the device before it was done.

I was deleting the old os to free up space on my tablet. I restarted before it was done. Now I have the os listed as about 20 gb when it should be less than that. After that I tried ccleaner but that didn't work. I really screwed up. Is there anyway to fix it besides resetting  ? Thanks
