So, I cannot get my photos from my iPhone 11 Pro Max to import to my laptop. I've made sure both my phone and my computer are as updated as possible, I've tried updating the USB driver, I've tried changing the USB cable, and nothing works. Sometimes it will start importing, but stop around ten pictures in. Each time it just says "something went wrong," and then I have to reset my computer and my phone and mess around until it does the same thing again. It's a very specific problem, but any help or suggestions will be appreciated.

Hi @katie_spe,

I'd like to help!

Please try the steps below:

  1. First, unlock the iPhone.
  2. Connect the cable to the phone and the computer.
  3. You will be prompted to trust the computer. Please click on trust on the iPhone
  4. Now open file explorer on the computer and select "Computer" on the left side.
  5. Your iPhone will be listed along with the hard drive of your computer.
  6. Right-click on the iPhone icon and you should have the option to import the photos and videos from the iPhone.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
