I entered the correct pin but it doesn't turn on. It says: you've entered an incorrect PIN too many times. To try again, restart your device. I've tried to restart it many times, turn off an turn on, reenter pin but always the same. And there is no info about how to resolve it.... please if someone have knowledge how to fix it please response asap.

Ragowsky,

Where it asks you to put your pin, is there an "Sign in option" below to choose to use your password instead?

If you dont know your password, was your account a Microsoft Account (not Local)? If so, you can change the Microsoft password from any computer.

reset password Windows online

IF its a "Local" account, you will need to contact the School IT Support for assistance. Usually, school computers are set up with parameters that can only be addressed by their techs.

Otherwise, the computer would have to have the OS reinstalled.
