Microsoft Windows 8 (32-bit)

Is it possible to charge a HP Elitepad 900 using a way other than the docking connector?

I recently bought an elitepad 900 and I am looking for a way to charge the tablet using a powerbank.

I also have the HP ElitePad Productivity Jacket, which provides 2 USB 2.0 ports.

I have already tried to connect my powerbank to the USB 2.0 ports from the Productivity Jacket to charge but with no effect.

Also I tried to connect my powerbank through the special HP cable (USB to docking connector - 695552-001) but the only effect was that the tablet started charging my powerbank... Which is the exact opposite of what I am looking for.

The tablet itself lacks a micro-usb-port or a usb type-c port, there is only the docking connector.

The powerbank in question is designed to charge phones and also tablets, it is a Powermonkey Explorer 2 (https://www.powertraveller.com/en/shop/portable-chargers/outdoor-adventure/powermonkey-explorer-2).

Since I want to expand the batterylife of the tablet WHILE inserted in the Productivity Jacket, I pose this question.

I know there is a car charger but that is not what I am looking for. I want to be able to expand the batterylife somewhere where there are no cars or power sockets...

Anybody has had the same experiences or maybe a working solution? I really hope so...

Thanks,
