Hi guys i am not able to install windows using Hp cloud recovery tool.. The recovery attempt  has failed is the error message showing..

You're very welcome.

 

You don't have to pay to use the media creation tool.

 

The W10 product key is in the BIOS of the notebook and you won't even need the key to reinstall W10.

Hi:

 

If the cloud recovery media you created isn't working, the only suggestion I can offer would be to clean install W10 by making bootable installation media using the media creation tool at the link below.

 

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

 

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
