Product: S140U
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
We are rolling out Windows 10 64 bit Build 1709. We have been using the portable LCD with previous builds without issues.
However now with 1709 when the display is connected and powered up the HP splash screen comes up, but then immediately goes dark.
We have updated all the drivers included the graphics card drivers and the drivers for the LCD.
We are using a Dell Latitude 7480.
Has anyone else seen this issue?
Thanks
