HP Laptop Model 15-da0748nia

I own a HP i3 4GB ram and I've recently had this problem twice when my laptop won't boot up, I've purchased this laptop about 6 months earlier and the problem occurs after I've plugged into HDMI cable. Only two lights are blinking when I press the power button, one is the charging light which is white in colour and the booting light which is on the side of my laptop (Pics attached for both). I've tried a couple of solutions but I can't remove my laptop battery since it is internal and removing it would break the warranty. I'd really like if someone helps me with this problem, Cheers
