i just bought it on december 2019 but it says the product got expired on october 2019..... i have bills can someone help me

Hi:

 

For whatever reason, HP starts the warranty clock ticking the minute the PC leaves the assembly plant.

 

So the longer is sits unsold, the less time remains on the warranty.

 

You have two ways to get the warranty start and end dates adjusted...

Contact HP customer support in your country and work with a customer services rep to get the warranty start and end dates adjusted.
