Oh I see.
Your installing Windows 10.
Did you already upgrade to Windows 10 and are clean reinstalling again?
If so, what method or steps are you using? USB or from the desktop?
IF you are reinstalling 10 again, it would be a good idea to do it via USB and the Media Creation Tool Windows 10
You also need an OTG Micro USB cable adapter, 4 port hub, wired keyboard and mouse because the touch screen will not be available during the installation.
Let me know how you are installing and if you need anymore help.

Hello SilasAmorim,
Please state what device you are using and its full model number.
Also, I need you to be more specific as to what you are doing. Are you refering to enabling the keys for Secure Boot in the bios?
If so, what were you doing that you need to load them as they are on by default already?
Thanks.

Hi,
Thank you for the answer.
I'm trying to recovery the factory default configuration, installing the windows 10 again. But when i must choose the language, is not possible select them. Cause the touchscreen stop to work right in this moment.

Also, if you are using a USB drive to install with, you will need to have Secure Boot disabled in the bios.
- Press and hold the Volume Down (-) and Power buttons together untill the Boot Options screen appears.
- Choose F10 for Bios.
- Arrow over to System Configuration / Boot Options and arrow down to Secure Boot to highlight it.
- Press Enter.
- Choose Disable.
- Save and exit (F10).
- On restart, you will be prompted to enter a code via the onscreen keyboard.Enter the code and hit Enter. Note: It will not show what you are typing.
- The tablet will restart without Secure Boot and you will be able to boot from the USB drive created from the Media Creation Tool.
To reinable Secure Boot, repeat the process. But this time, you will not be prompted to enter a security code.
