Product: Pavilion 500PC, MODEL 500-205t
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Using my HP Pavilion 500PC, MODEL 500-205t, my photo-editing software shows an error code when I try to open it, and the manufacturer says that code indicates my Windows 10 needs the Windows 10 "Creator" update.

When I try to install that update, the MS WIndows installation program shows the error code 0xc1900200, and ends the update, uninstalled.

So now I can't use my photo-editing software because my Windows 10 doesn't have the "Creator" update, and I can't install the MS WIndows 10 "Creator" update because the installation crashes.
