HP 10 G2

I put in my code to unlock my tablet and once it unlocked a box kept popping up to say something about apps had failed. It tookk me a second to realize that each time I hit OK, the box showed a different app was not functioning. I them turned it off to restart it and it did not, will not power up again. And the battery was about half charged. 

Please assist! Thanls
