Product: HP Chromebook
Operating System: Chrome OS

My chromebook is Model 14-db0023dx. When I tried to charge my chromebook, the LED light that indicates charging did not turn on. I know the charger is not the issue because I have tested it on other devices and it works. Some videos have said to do a hard reset, which did not work, and clear the battery static, but I can not get into the battery.
