My hp tablet is not working properly. I had it put away for a long time and then charged it and powered it up. After I switched it on, a screen asked me to choose a language and then my region. It then asked me to setup a wifi. After this, a message pops up saying,"Server Error Please visit http://hpwebos.com/support to help resolve this problem".
After closing the message, the language selection screen appears again.

Regards,
The information from the original post with the error message clearly indicated that this user's device is a webOS TouchPad. Additionally, the link you provided to "help" this user find his or her product number does not even list the HP TouchPad.
The real answer is there is no help to be had, because HP shut down the webOS servers years ago when it abandoned the webOS platform. That is why you are getting the server error. It is discussed in hundreds of threads on this board, such as this one: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Palm-and-WebOS/i-reset-my-hp-touchpad-and-now-it-says-server-error-vis...
Or you can try installing Android onto it. https://forum.xda-developers.com/hp-touchpad/general/jcsullins-cm12-1-rom-available-t3250476
