My Webcam starts and stops working immediately

HP Recommended
HP Notebook - 15-ac122tu, Product number:N8M18PA
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

My HP Truevision HD in built web cam starts and immediately stops after blinking. In tried unstalling/ reinstalling, updating driver etc but issue still persist
