Pavillion dv6
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I have an hp pavillon dv6 laptop windows7 and it is stuck on a blank screen with f11 system recovery at bottom left corner

I suggest you perform a power drain and then run a System Test to confirm the Hardware Functionality. Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c01684768

 

 

- Shut down the Notebook completely
- Turn it back on, then tap the Esc key repeatedly until the Startup menu screen is displayed.
- Press F2 to select System Diagnostics.
- Click System Tests
