HP Pavilion x2
Hello. My tablet keeps restarting itself its a HP Pavilion x2. So when I turn it on a HP Bio update will take up the entire screen and once it completes it will restart the entire tablet starting the same routine up again. Its done this for around one hour now and I have tried everything other forums suggested. Exam:tap the F11 button and something should pop up to help you fix it.

Anyhow does anyone have any suggestions?
Please and thank you! 🙂

@MysticMoon989

Thank you for joining HP Forums.

I'll be glad to help you 🙂

As I understand the HP x2 restarts continuously instead of booting into windows,

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

Have you installed or interrupted any updates recently?

does the device get to the windows logo before it restarts?

While you respond to that, The best way to do that is using the HP Guided Troubleshooter:

Click here to access it (simply select your description of the issue from the bottom of the screen to gain access to the next set of steps that should resolve your concern).

If you are able to use windows for a while before it restarts, please follow these steps: Click here

Keep me posted,

If the information I've provided was helpful,

give us some reinforcement by clicking the solution and kudos buttons,

that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Good Luck.
