I upgraded to Windows 10 and selected keep nothing. There are several driver issues. I mistakenly deleted the downgrade option with disk cleanup and just noticed the recovery partition vanished.
I did try to do a clean install of Windows 10 and manually re-install the drivers but the tablet will not boot to my USB drive, even with secure boot disabled and USB as the first boot device.
If anyone has a 5909 (Signature Edition) running 8.1, I would appreciate a USB recovery drive backup or a Macrium Reflect system image.

Hi, someone uploaded a Stream 7 recovery image in this thread that I think should work with the Stream 8. Would you be able to boot it however if you cannot boot other USB's?

Signature edition Stream 8 with T-Mobile 4G, correct?
I have access to one but I wont be able to get to it tonight. Let me know if you still need an image.
So just to confirm so we all understand you correctly, I gotta ask...
I assume you ran the Win10 upgrade from within window 8 the first time. How did you create the bootable USB drive for the Clean install of Win10?
I have trouble getting my Stream 8's to reconize bootable drives also, but they will recognize those created via the Microsoft Media Creation Tool.
Did you use that and are using an OTG adapter on the micro usb port of the Stream tablet?
You may need to confirm the OTG adapter works also. If its bad (and I had one), its like not connecting anything at all.

Is the Stream 7 image similar to Stream 8? I disabled both secure boot and cleared stored keys and managed to boot Windows 10 USB intaller. I also solved the driver issue by reinstalling the Firmware drivers, the screen now rotates.

I used the updated November Media Creation Tool to create the USB drive which is booting properly now. But I ran the tool from within Windows when I upgraded, not USB and selected keep nothing. That's when the screen rotate stopped working that I fixed. Now I can just run Windows 10 Recovery and it cleans it up properly, 20.5GB free.

Hi since you seem to have this image I am in dire need since I ordered one from woot.com and the boot is not working properly it gets to the language and settings screen and I cannot get past it. Long story the touch screen works everywhere else but when trying to access the actual OS
