Product: HP Pavilion
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After the latest program update, no soun comes from the computer. No sund device is recognized by the computer, not the built in speakers nor the headphones. I've tried to restart my computer, with no sucsess.

Thank you very much. when following the steps sent by you, it said that the most current update is already instaled. But choosing to remove the latest update, seems to solve the problem.
