After the factory reset I’m asked to press on a target in order to align the stylus in regards to the screen. Once I press on it, it’s supposed to move somewhere in the screen, and once I press it again, it’s supposed to move one more time, and so on. But nothing is hapenning when I press the target; it isn't moving and the device isn't allowing me to do anything else until I pass the align screen.

 

What's the problem?
