I was trying to restore my HP Omni 10 tablet to original state; erasing everything since i was going to sell it. It froze up on the screen saying,
"A configuration change was requested to clear this computer's TPM (Trusted Platform Module).
WARNING:Clearing reases information stored on the TPM. You will lose all reated keys and access to data encrypted by thes keys.
Press YES to clear the TPM Yes No
I cannot choose anything; nothing is responsive. Cannot reset the tablet. Only comes back to this screen. I have unplugged hoping to run the battery down and them perhaps can start over, but not sure if that would work. Looking for any solution to reset this.
Thanks for any help anyone can offer.

Hi @ghamil
Welcome to HP Forums. This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.
I understand that your HP Tablet is not booting up and you are getting an error related to the TPM.
If the issue persists, I would request you to contact our Phone Support for Service Options.
Step 1. Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect
Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
Step 4. Scroll down and click: HP contact options - click on Get phone number and phone number appear.
Thank you.
