Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello.

I have a HP laptop and my on-screeb keybord is not working. My normal keyboard is not working from a long time and i'm log off from my account. When i switch on my computer, click on the Easy access and click the "On-Screen Keyboard", a message appear saying "Cannot start On-Screen keyboard"

Can someone help me ?
