Product: ProBook 6450b
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My system uses a 4gb ram with two different ports hosting 2gb each. Now on start-up it displaces "PCI controller error". I noticed each time I removed any of the RAM it worked efficiently leaving the system with 2gb ram. It's more like the two ports can't work simultaneously.
I then tried fixing a 4gb single ram in one of the ports, yet it kept giving the controller error on start-up. It's more like the system can't useore than 2gb ram.
Please I'm desperately in need of help....the softwares I use requires more than 2gb ram.
Thank you for the help in advance.
