Product: Palm Z22

I have intall Palm setup on my PC. Updated drivers and a soft reset on  the Z22. I purchased a new Z22 to replace the old. Installed the new software. Still old Z22 will not sync my data to the Desktop.

Please review the "stickied" threads near the top of this board, about installing USB drivers for 64-bit Windows computers, and downloading and installing Palm Desktop 6.2.2.
