Pavilion x360 15-br009ng
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Does palm rejection operate on Pavillion x360 touchscreen laptops when using the HP Pen (Microsoft) 1CP24AV / Y0C43AV SPS: 920241-001 / 910942-001. And if so is this the right pen?

Hello, @Exdeath – Greetings!

Thanks for reaching out! I’d like to be of your assistance 🙂

Ideally, the palm rejection feature will be there when you use any active pen with your PC. I checked the pen compatibility with your PC model and this pen will be supported: 1CP24AV / Y0C43AV

Also, check http://bit.ly/2xSdFyp to enable the palm rejection feature on your PC.

Let me know if that helps!

Good luck 🙂

Hello,

thx for your reply. I already know that the 1CP24AV / Y0C43AV is compatible the problem is that I can’t find it in the HP store. I’m from Germany so I posted the German link but just all I need is to learn where I can see this number if I find a pen or to know if the pen I was looking for is ok. The one from the link has the Prod. Nr: 1MR94AA#UUF if it helps.

Sincerely, Exdeath

Hello, @Exdeath

Try to get the part using the HP Part Surfer.

Go to http://bit.ly/2iEweOA and select your country.

Now, search for the part using the part number 910942-001 or 920241-001

You will get an option to place the order.

Hope that helps!

Cheers 🙂
