Product: Treo 755P
Operating System: WebOS / Palm OS

My old tre 755p crashed and wiped out all info.

 

 I transfered the service to a new treo 755p and now i want to sync it to my computer to get the info of contacts onto the phone.

 

The last sync i have is on my old computer about a year ago and cannot get the computer to recognize the new phone. Its giving me an error " The Selected port, COM#, is not available at this time. Hot Sync Manager will open the port when it becomes available."

 

Now i do have a new computer windows 10 and i transfered there all my files so i do have the files from palm as well but never sync there nad dont knopw how to do that.

 

Any avice please.
