Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been using Palm Pilots for years. I have been able to use it with Window 7.  I do now have it on my older desktop using Windows 10 Pro. Using the CD ROM  from Palm VII to load the desktop program.  I am able to use this just fine.  I now have a newer laptop with Windows 10 Pro and tried to reload the same desktop progm. Other CD/ROM programs to load do not work, ie.  Tungsten, Palm III.   Only the Palm VII disc seem to load up.  I cannot sync the address book or see any other data.  I synced it using a USB/serial converter cable.  Then I tried loading the Palmdesktop Access progm.  I did uninstall the older programs before trying different programs.  The only thing that comes up is the media section which works to download pictures.  However, that is not what I need.  I HotSynced  it using the USB/serial cable using the serial connect in the Hotsync box. It says that the sync was successful with no errors.  However, I cannot find any of the data of addresses, memos, dates etc.   No box is able to retrieve that data.  I tried R clicking on the desktop icon and logging in as administrator, but I get a fuzzy screen that remains frozen and does nothing.   Is there any fixes?
