My computer cannot connect to the HP Pocket Playlist using the USB port. I have tried connecting using the USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports. Both have yielded the same error. I also have tried updating, and uninstalling and then reinstalling the driver that Windows indicates is the latest available. These attempts failed to work as well.
Doing troubleshooting, Windows indicated to restart my computer. I have followed this instruction but the USB connection still doesn't work once restarted. Lastly, I have uninstalled and then reinstalled the Pocket Playlist software. After selecting "retry" several times doing the installation process, my device connected finally. However, all future attempts to connect using the USB port have failed.
