Solved!

Pop up window that says image8.pubmatic. Com

HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I keep getting this pop up window that wants me to download something. I haven't and do not intend to. I'm alittle concerned. My antivirus is up to date. How do I stop this from happening please? Thank you

To better assist you - May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

 

While you respond to that, try these steps - HP PCs - Computer Might Be Infected by a Virus or Malware (Windows 10)
