After a while of using my PC, I noticed that the part where I plug the adapter into was missing it's main middle prung. That eventually caused me alot of charging problems. To get to the point, I ordered a new power jack, one with a middle prung and specifically made for my laptop. I know I installed it correctly, however, the laptop refuse to charge and the charging light will not glow. My brother told me that maybe it was a new software issue so later, I put the old one part back in and got the same result. As of today, the newer power jack is installed. If anyone has any solution for me please let me know. Thank you in advace! 😊

I reviewed your post and I understand that the laptop is not getting charged after replacing the power jack.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
Based on your description, it looks like the power jack you have replaced may not be compatible with the computer and the best way to check this is to make sure that the charging board is getting power. However, I recommend you contact support and they will assist you with the correct part for your computer.
