Product: GO Envy 360

Let battery sit dead for a couple of days. Charged it up today. Won't start when power button pushed. Was running fine days ago.

  • What is the exact model for your computer?
  • What is the operating system you are using?
  • What is the exact issue you are facing?
  • Do you see any lights on the keyboard?
  • Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?

Model# 15m-bp011dx

Op. Sys. Windows 10

Let laptop sit for a few days . Would not start. Connected charger, orange light on by plug in. Tried to start, nothing. Let charge until light by plug in turned white. Tried to start, nothing.

No lights on keyboard

Grandson used computer, he may have changed something but was working okay immediately after his use. My husband added a Wireless printer.  Problem didn't appear until after I let it sit a few days.
