Product: Powerup Backpack

Could someone help me plese.

When I try to charge powerpack, it doesnt. All 4 lights keep blinking. I tried resetting, but that didn't solve the issue. Can someone help me?

I am also experiencing the same thing.  4 light just blink. Have pressed the reset button per instructions but it will not reset nor charge.

UPDATE: Got mine working already. Used the HP provided laptop charger.
