My father's printer has stopped working and has a message saying cannot print. Visit [edit]I've replaced ink cartridges, tried restoring factory settings, switched off Web services but it makes no difference. The printer is about a year old and my dad has no recollection of signing up to instant ink. I've tried various emails to log in to an instant ink account but no emails are recognised which makes me think there isn't an account, although the ink cartridges I replaced do say instant ink on them. They are likely to be the original ones from printer purchase as not much printing is done. Don't know what else to try, any suggestions??!!

Hey there! @imsmantree,
This message would normally appear if there is a billing issue with the Instant Ink service.
If you look at the printers Ink cartridges do they say Instant Ink on them? If they do, you can swap them out for regular store bought cartridges. The printer should then work.
“Cannot print. Visit www.hpinstantink.com for information” means there has been an issue with the payment on file being declined. This is normally because the customer has received a new credit/debit card, or they need to update their expiration date.
Go to Instantink.com and click the link to Sign In
On your account home page, click “Change Billing Information” then “Change Payment Method”
Re-enter all the data (credit card number, expiration date and CVV) even if you are only updating the expiration.
Click save. After you save your changes, it may take a few hours to re-process the payment card.
When the card has been re-processed, you will be able to print again.
If you still have issues, Please share us few instant ink details through a private message, so I can check the records and help you with the issue.

Having some problems connecting my printer after signing up for the second time. My business email was rejected as if I never existed. Even though I received cartridges of ink at my physical address. Was there a problem with the hp's system? Someone should say if that was the case.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. To assist you better, I would like to know the following:
- Are you trying to connect the printer to a wireless network? What is the error?
- Which device do you use to print?
- Are you having any issues with the Instant Ink account?
- What model printer are you using?
-
Have you checked your HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.
Keep me posted for further assistance.
