Product: HP X3000 wireless mouse
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Yesterday I bought an HP X3000 wireless mouse, removed the packaging, turned the mouse on after inserting the battery and then plugged the USB dongle into my Lenovo ideapad 320. The track pad is the only mouse I have. I pushed in the connect button and held it on top of the dongle still Windows 10 doesn't recognise the dongle is connected or the mouse.
I have switched the dongle between USB ports but the computer doesn't recognise it as being connected.
I am losing my mind because the trackpad is ok for some things but not others. The pointer keeps drifting and I really would like to get the mouse working to prevent this from happening.
Can anyone please help?
