Problem in windows update

In my screen it is written that working on updates Don't turn off your pc . What does it mean ? And it is also taking so much time . I've provided the image .So, plz help me .....

I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to know about the Windows update.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

Windows is installing the updates for your computer and you are not supposed to interrupt the process as it may cause the computer to stop booting to Windows. So the screen says the same thing letting the user know that the updates are getting installed on the computer and not to turn off the computer during Windows update.
