Let me take a moment to thank you for posting on the HP Support Forums.
I understand that you have an HP 7 Voice tab. I read that this device has issues with the sleep mode settings. Not worry, I'll do my best to help you.
I suggest you to perform a factory reset on your HP 7 voice tab. Resetting your tablet restores the original factory settings, removing all stored Google Accounts and erasing all stored data. All locally saved files, apps, and saved networks are deleted. If possible, back up important files, either on the Web or with an external storage device, before resetting the tablet. The Google Accounts themselves, and any data synced to the Web, are not affected by a reset.
If the issue persists after a factory reset then I recommend you to contact our HP phone support team to explore the service options for the HP 7 voice tab.
