HP Recommended

I know this is an old thread now but I am curious about the comment on running sql server on the stream 7 tablet.  I have a vanilla Windows 8 stream so it's the x64 32 bit version (I believe).  

 

I've tried two versions on the visual studio dev download site but both immediately fail when the setup.exe is clicked.

 

Any suggestions welcome.

I guess you would have to check the requirements of the sql server software to see if the Stream 7 qualifies.  The biggest constraint I would think is the 1 GB of RAM.
