I was given a slate by my ex and I have looked everywhere for some help. I messaged the hp support team and the same answer with no results. I can do a little research in your problem for sure and see what I can come up with to help you out. I'm wondering if you may beable to help me out. My system was factory reset and now the screen is not showing any image. I can turn it on and hear the buttons, Ive tried watching some videos on resetting the slate but to no avail. My keyboard is working and I am trying to factory restore again. I guess my question to you is, if you wouldn't mind. (because HP hasn't helped...
I have the settings button on my keyboard so I know I am in settings, but i dont know how many times I need to down arrow to get to backup and reset. So if you wouldn't mind helping out a fellow slate owner, I would appreciate.
So I basically need (# down arrows, enter keys to walk me through a reset without a screen. Kind of ironic, your keyboard is out and my screen isnt displaying.
I have Slate 21 k100.
Appreciate, if you don't want to, I understand.
