I have a HP slate7 voice tab, and I was happy till a last few days back while using this, S/R 6CY4378XMV, Product No HSTNH-B20C.
Now my device has lagging issue, and the service center has denied to update the OS as it is out of warranty and product is too old, I am unable to reset it by my own, it is throwing error.
So just wanted to check if I need to dump it (as per the service center reply) or will I get supoort on OS so that I can use the device.

Reset factory settings throws error and then after several boot it displays main screen.
